Automatic call is activated in the event of a serious road accident. Manual call can be activated with a button by the driver or passengers.
After activation, eCall device in a car connects with our Call Center using a mobile network and thus, transfers data about the car and its location and enables voice call.
Our trained consultants verify the intake and make the decision about sending proper rescue teams to the spot.
bCall (breakdown call) enables the manual intake of a breakdown or any other problem or question straight from a car.
After activating it by the driver, bCall device in the car connects with our Call Center using a mobile network and enables conversation. At the same time we receive additional information about the vehicle health state and location, which is transferred to our system.
In case of cars which do not have eCall system installed, we can offer OBD device, which enables crash notification.
On the basis of data from an accelerometer and GPS, we make a prediction if a vehicle is involved in crash. The data is transferred to our Call Center and we can contact the driver and/or proper rescue teams.
